Harris Hawk with CrowA great half day spent in wonderful countryside,witness the grace and beauty of these magnificent birds as they spiral in the sky and swoop low to the earth, then fly them to the fist and learn more about the history and hunting skills of these fascinating creatures.

The session starts with a formal Falconry lesson. Then it's straight into the action as we release the Hunting Hawks. Possibly with the aid of both Pointing dogs and ferrets, we'll show the age old bond of Man and Hawk as they work. You'll be handling and flying our 'Pack' Hunting Harris Hawks.

Companions / Spectators 

You can bring family and friends with you to enjoy the day. They are fully involved in the day, being at your side throughout and able to ask questions, take photographs and be part of the action. Obviously they do not get to handle the birds but they do have a great time.(See the purchasing option for prices)

Duration 3 Hours approximately, Usually 2pm to 5pm. We start earlier in mid winter due to the short days and you will be advised when booking. This event takes place during the hunting season, September to March inclusive.

Gift Voucher details 

There is an option to receive a gift voucher pack which contains a presentation envelope, gift voucher and details of the experience. This is sent First Class Post under plain cover to you or it can be sent direct to an address of your choice for the recipient (no pricing details are sent) The day out can taken any time within 12 months of purchase subject to availability and restrictions of the hunting season, September to March inclusive.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for an amazing experience yesterday,
It was a day to remember walking through the beautiful countryside
with yourself the two majestic Harris Hawks, and the two ferrets not to
mention the incredible Borris, it was a such an adventure and will be a
day we will never forget. Would recommend it to any one.
