Old or new voucher?
Old voucher numbers are long eg: B1234-BTH-11-26254. Goto Old vouchers section
New vouchers numbers/codes are short eg: UL6Y5XE Goto New vouchers vouchers section
Got an Into the Blue Voucher or Virgin Voucher go to the "Virgin / Into Blue" section.
Old voucher?
PLease do read this.
Go to our booking page. You can use the filters to find just your voucher experience type.Select the experience to match your voucher on a suitable date and add the number of participants, and on the second page, spectators, to match your voucher.
Don't worry that this is the process to purchase as you enter your voucher number at the end and there will be nothing to pay.
Important. A few vouchers are formated B1234/A-BTH-1n-12254 usually if you bought 2 at the same time.
You must change " / " to " - " eg B1234-A-BTH-1n-12254
However, if you increase the number of participants or spectators the price won't match and it will expect payment of the extra amount. If you experience difficulty please email enq@birdonthehand.co.uk giving your voucher number and we will confirm the correct quantities purchased. Sometimes the voucher conversion into the new system gets the pricing wrong. Call us if it is overcharging. We will call you if it is under charging.
You need to both book and take your experience prior to the valid until date. If you have been too busy or forgotten to book and need to extend the voucher you can purchase a 3 month extension at a cost of £25 per person. Please call to arrange.
New Vouchers.
Make sure you have your voucher code and use the redeem a voucher button below. Enter your voucher number/code and select a suitable date from the calendar. Fill in any details asked for. It is all pretty straightforward.
If you want to add spectators or participants or upgrade in any way got to the upgrades section.

Private Experience Vouchers
There should be some private sessions on the calender that you can book(if not email or call). Many private sessions are scheduled by arrangement.

Into the Blue and Virgin.
The half day vouchers can be used on the: Bird on the Hand or Meet The Birds at Milton Keynes. You can use the code we send for Owl on the Hand or Meet The Owls and there is an additional charge of £10 due when booking. Full day falconry is the Falconry Adventure.
You can book these yourselves online. Please fill in the form below and we will send you a booking code. The video below shows how to book.
Expiry dates on these vouchers apply to when you get in touch with us and when we get in touch with the supplier(Virgin/Into the Blue). If it is close to expiry, get in touch quickly.

General Information.
- UPGRADES:
- If you need to upgrade your voucher to include an additional participant, find a date that has sufficient capacity for the number of participants you need. Book your existing voucher according to the instructions above regarding old and new vouchers. To add further participants go to Online Bookings (link opens a new tab so this help page will still be here) and purchase and book your extra participants for the same date.
- To add spectators Please follow this link and click on 'Generic Vouchers' and select either the half day or full day spectator voucher. This will then take you through to payment and the option to print a gift card. No need to book just bring your voucher or proof of purchase with you on the day.
- Any Other Upgrade: Any upgrade is possible, just email your request giving your existing voucher number or code and a contact phone number to enq@birdonthehand.co.uk We will then send you details of how to proceed or we will call you to discuss what and process any upgrade or booking required.
