Bird on the Hand Rota is an internal scheduling tool used by authorised Bird on the Hand staff to prepare staff rotas and keep the rota in step with our staff calendars.
The tool connects to Google Calendar when an authorised user chooses to connect an account. It uses calendar information for staff scheduling and rota synchronisation. Access to the rota is restricted to authorised users; this page is public to explain the service and how it handles Google Calendar data.
