I’m writing to thank Charlotte & Duncan for a really amazing day today.
I mentioned when I booked that my Mum has Alzeimher’s plus limited mobility. This info hadn't filtered down to Charlotte & Duncan but when I mentioned it their response could not have been more impressive. They both went out of their way to support my Mum and meet her every need, ensuring that she was able to participate in every activity and had an incredible time. They provided a chair, they drove her up to the wood. Charlotte gave her 1 to 1 attention and Duncan helped her hold her arm up to support the weight of the bird. They both did all this with exemplary patience, kindness and respect. I am so grateful. By the time we left, my Mum couldn’t remember doing anything with owls but she still knew she’d had a fantastic day. The feelings will stay with her and she adores the photos.

This is one of the best experiences of my life! We had the most amazing day, and felt completely at ease thanks to Andrew. He has great knowledge of the owls and is very patient with participants, whilst also making sure no one is excluded or missing out.
I cannot recommend this enough to anyone that has any interest in birds. We’re already planning our next visit!
